Just an update, I had my birthday the other day, got some arty books, one is about different techniques of drawing and painting with most popular mediums, and the other is about making beaded earrings, for inspiration, when I get some more supplies. So, not much to do but check out everyone's artwork... thank goodness it's not hot today, just nice. Might try my hand at another portrait of Rafael Nadal :P

So I have been on Deviantart for a while, but never submitted my own work until now, I thought it about time hehe. I will be 35 in a couple of weeks, am mother of a terrific little boy, and an advocate for animal welfare. I am active in a virtual world called Second Life, where I design and create clothes, architecture, odds and ends. I dabble in many areas of art and craft, mostly sketching, but have done some work with paint on paper, canvas, and fabric; crafts include felt, beading, making jewellery, among other things; some graphic design; poetry, creative writing.
